FC Lutanu's Gavril Burnei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliodor Birișu in the 8th minute of play. After 9 minutes of play, -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Eliodor Birișu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gavril Burnei was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 11 minutes, Eliodor Birișu made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC Lutanu's Gavril Burnei tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Emilian Ciprian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gavril Burnei was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. If Aristide Bucataru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Eliodor Birișu made a precise shot to the right of Gavril Burnei. FC Lutanu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 26th minute, Irinel Grozăvescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Doru Pencu came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nistor Arjoca could save by the left post. 31 minutes into the match, FC Lutanu's goal looked a bit too open when Emilian Ciprian came free, but Gavril Burnei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the FC Lutanu defense, Eliodor Birișu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gavril Burnei. The FC Lutanu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gavril Burnei should have stopped the shot. When Aristide Bucataru came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the -BZF- Petrolul Berca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aristide Bucataru couldn't finish the play. After 43 played minutes FC Lutanu got a freekick which was hit by Iustinian Munteanu. In the 43rd minute of the match Marioara Birligea sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gavril Burnei skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to FC Lutanu getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Iustinian Munteanu hit a great ball. When -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Eliodor Birișu in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Lutanu's goalie prevented a goal. Fabian Geambașu kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Doru Pencu to strike the kick off in the second half. Eliodor Birișu took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gavril Burnei. Gavril Burnei dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Eliodor Birișu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gavril Burnei came out and tried to block the shot, but Eliodor Birișu slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 69th minute. Nistor Arjoca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucian Petriceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Eliodor Birișu came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the -BZF- Petrolul Berca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliodor Birișu couldn't finish the play. Nistor Arjoca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irinel Grozăvescu in the 79th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, Irinel Grozăvescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Nistor Arjoca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Irinel Grozăvescu fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Lutanu's protests and gave Irinel Grozăvescu a yellow card for diving instead. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Gavril Burnei successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 92 minutes into the match, FC Lutanu's goal looked a bit too open when Eliodor Birișu came free, but Gavril Burnei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. -BZF- Petrolul Berca's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
