Remus Talianu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nik Nicola, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. FC Urzicuța's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Pedrinho Breckenfeld 24 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Andrei Nicola struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Remus Talianu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Urzicuța. Pedrinho Breckenfeld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mircea Avacariței having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ferdinand Gruia during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 37 played minutes FC Lutanu got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinand Gruia. Remus Talianu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicu Maghiran's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. FC Urzicuța's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nik Nicola in the 41st minute. After 46 minutes of play, FC Lutanu's Pedrinho Breckenfeld made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mircea Avacariței was left in no man's land by his defense there! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iurie Ogășanu during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 57 played minutes FC Urzicuța got a freekick which was hit by Iurie Ogășanu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristide Bărcăuan in the 65th minute of play forced FC Urzicuța's goalkeeper Mircea Avacariței to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience held their breath when Nik Nicola in the 80th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Remus Talianu's left hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aurelian Zburlea during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 84th minute of the game. One of FC Lutanu:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Urzicuța:s goal. FC Lutanu:s Remus Talianu showed great skill when he stopped Nik Nicola:s penalty. 86 minutes into the match, Nik Nicola dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Remus Talianu, 2-2. After 88 minutes, Turgay Sökmensu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Urzicuța and the FC Lutanu players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Urzicuța's Turgay Sökmensu got a free kick in the 88th minute. FC Lutanu's Remus Talianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrei Nicola in the 91st minute of play. Nicu Maghirans short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Remus Talianu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
