Laurențiu Stoican was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 13 minutes, Ferdinand Gruia made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Gauriciu FC's Laurențiu Stoican tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 17th minute, Pedrinho Breckenfeld got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Laurențiu Stoican showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrinho Breckenfeld in the 20th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Virgil Codrescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gauriciu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Virgil Codrescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remus Talianu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Gauriciu FC booed when FC Lutanu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinand Gruia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30 minutes, Aristide Bărcăuan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Lutanu and the Gauriciu FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aristide Bărcăuan kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Gauriciu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedrinho Breckenfeld came free, but Laurențiu Stoican reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Virgil Codrescu to make the kick off. Ioan Mantu's late challenge caught a FC Lutanu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ioan Mantu helped the player get up and apologised. After 52 played minutes Gauriciu FC got a freekick which was hit by Ioan Mantu. FC Lutanu's Pedrinho Breckenfeld got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 55 minutes into the game, Ferdinand Gruia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Laurențiu Stoican. Ferdinand Gruia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. In the 57th match minute, FC Lutanu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinand Gruia to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, Gauriciu FC's Virgil Codrescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Remus Talianu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Gruia in the 62nd minute of play forced Gauriciu FC's goalkeeper Laurențiu Stoican to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Ferdinand Gruia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurențiu Stoican saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Matei Hâncu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. 80 minutes into the match, Ferdinand Gruia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Laurențiu Stoican, 0-9. Thanks to some nice moves Pedrinho Breckenfeld could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which Laurențiu Stoican however easily saved by the left post. Gauriciu FC's Laurențiu Stoican played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Gruia in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gauriciu FC's goalkeeper Laurențiu Stoican, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Lutanu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
