Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 0) Rasti AS's Eugen Băbescu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Manole Ghiondea acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 5th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Fabian Trifan. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Basarab Zdroană managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galati Harbour Cats's supporters rose to their feet, but Basarab Zdroană was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Calistrat Trişcu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 10 minutes into the game, Dacian Codrea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rasti AS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galati Harbour Cats the free kick. In the 10th minute, Dacian Codrea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Dacian Codrea in the 14th minute really tested Manole Ghiondea's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Rasti AS's Calistrat Trişcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Andone in the 18th minute of play. Calistrat Trişcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Andone in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Galati Harbour Cats's Jo Bag nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Calistrat Trişcu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Jo Bag recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Calistrat Trişcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basarab Zdroană in the 24th minute of play. Calistrat Trişcu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Andone in the 26th minute of the match. In the 27th minute Jo Bag shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calistrat Trişcu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Galati Harbour Cats's Basarab Zdroană nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jo Bag made a kick off. Rasti AS's Calistrat Trişcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jo Bag in the 55th minute of play. Eugen Băbescu's late challenge caught a Galati Harbour Cats's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugen Băbescu helped the player get up and apologised. Eugen Băbescu hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Calistrat Trişcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basarab Zdroană in the 61st minute of play. After 62 minutes of play, Galati Harbour Cats's Sebastian Andone made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Calistrat Trişcu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Calistrat Trişcu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Andone went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Rasti AS's Calistrat Trişcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jo Bag in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Basarab Zdroană recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Calistrat Trişcu. Basarab Zdroană showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Rasti AS's Calistrat Trişcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jo Bag in the 83rd minute of play. Calistrat Trişcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basarab Zdroană, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Manole Ghiondea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horia Zâncă in the 94th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 96 minutes into the game, when Fabian Trifan put in a rough tackle. Rasti AS:s Calistrat Trişcu showed great skill when he stopped Basarab Zdroană:s penalty. Galati Harbour Cats's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
