MIT's Vitko Vutev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svante Vase in the 9th minute of play. In the 18th minute Svante Vase shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitko Vutev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andrei Pintea to strike the kick off in the second half. After 56 minutes of play, MIT's Leontin Iacobescu made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dinu Dabija was left in no man's land by his defense there! MIT's Leontin Iacobescu got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vitko Vutev was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Svante Vase capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Svante Vase really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. MIT made a substitution. Mihai Cismaș replaced Sever Dobrescu. Vitko Vutev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svante Vase, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Svante Vase got free with Vitko Vutev in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, MIT's Vitko Vutev got control of the ball when Svante Vase tried to sneak it across the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in G16 ⚽️NEGRELE⚽️ reached it. MIT were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
