Iosif Spiru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Remus Manciulea made a huge save. 32 minutes into the match, Cernavoda's Marcu Văduva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Remus Manciulea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Bădulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabin Baicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Cernavoda's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidiu Zorlescu came free, but Daniel Bădulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Soca's Remus Manciulea got control of the ball when Marcu Văduva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ovidiu Zorlescu to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ovidiu Zorlescu got free with Daniel Bădulescu in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th match minute, Soca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octav Dragalina to maneuver through the defense. Iosif Spiru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cernavoda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ovidiu Zorlescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. 70 minutes into the game, Sabin Baicu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Daniel Bădulescu. Sabin Baicu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. 73 minutes into the match, Cernavoda's goal looked a bit too open when Sabin Baicu came free, but Daniel Bădulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Octav Dragalina charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Octav Dragalina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Octav Dragalina kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Adam Nedelea made a precise shot to the right of Daniel Bădulescu. Cernavoda's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. When Iosif Spiru came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Cernavoda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iosif Spiru couldn't finish the play. After 85 minutes of play, Cernavoda's Iosif Spiru made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remus Manciulea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Soca's Remus Manciulea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcu Văduva in the 89th minute of play. Remus Manciulea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iosif Spiru, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 97th minute, Soca's Tudor Gheară ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Daniel Bădulescu. Daniel Bădulescu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-8. Soca's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
