Iacob Vătăşel was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Dacian Cernea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Aurelian Dănănae fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Scorpions -MM-'s protests and gave Aurelian Dănănae a yellow card for diving instead. Iacob Vătăşel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vasile Onitiu in the 27th minute. Eric Cimpoieru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Iacob Vătăşel made a huge save. Scorpions -MM-'s Iurie Cocoș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calistrat Baicea in the 33rd minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Chirculescu came free, but Iacob Vătăşel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Gigel Hogaș hit a great ball. Aurelian Dănănae got his second yellow card in the match during the 46th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Scorpions -MM-'s Aurelian Dănănae got a free kick in the 47th minute. Nistor Zbârlea took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Iurie Cocoș. Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dacian Cernea to strike the kick off in the second half. Iacob Vătăşel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Cimpoieru in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Ferdinand Chirculescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Dacian Cernea came free, but Iurie Cocoș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Chirculescu came free, but Iacob Vătăşel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Virgil Cumpan kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Iacob Vătăşel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Cimpoieru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iacob Vătăşel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mihai Stoleru went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely booed when Scorpions -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Păun didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Calistrat Baicea came free, but Iurie Cocoș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Scorpions -MM- getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Mihai Stoleru hit a great ball.
