The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes CF REALCipri got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Tarcea. In the 6th minute Manuel Amânaloae shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandu Hârșu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on Alexandria Team08's corner Adrian Spirea fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sandu Hârșu quite easily take care of the ball. After some careless play in the CF REALCipri defense, Valentin Susara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sandu Hârșu. The CF REALCipri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sandu Hârșu should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Spirea in the 16th minute of play forced CF REALCipri's goalkeeper Sandu Hârșu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Pompiliu Sabău had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sandu Hârșu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogdan Goma in the 21st minute of the match. Sandu Hârșu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adrian Spirea went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 27 minutes of play, Alexandria Team08's Felix Dobrea made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sandu Hârșu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 29th match minute, Alexandria Team08 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiberiu Iuga to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eusebiu Cînu during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eusebiu Cînu hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, CF REALCipri's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Goma came free, but Sandu Hârșu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Adrian Spirea made a precise shot to the right of Sandu Hârșu. CF REALCipri's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Bogdan Goma took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sandu Hârșu. Sandu Hârșu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6.

When Adrian Spirea fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alexandria Team08's protests and gave Adrian Spirea a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Alexandria Team08's Adrian Spirea got a free kick in the 56th minute. 58 minutes into the match, CF REALCipri's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Amânaloae came free, but Sandu Hârșu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sandu Hârșu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adrian Spirea showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 69 minute of play. Gavril Scutaru took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabian Isăcescu. Alexandria Team08's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, CF REALCipri's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Amânaloae came free, but Sandu Hârșu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sandu Hârșu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Amânaloae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Alexandria Team08 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CF REALCipri throughout the match.
