FC Dacii Liberi - IASI's Mihnea Suşu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mike Cai in the 3rd minute of play. Paralia Athens's Virgil Olariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Nicorici in the 4th minute of play. Aron Nedelcea kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Felipe van Basten notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Paralia Athens's Virgil Olariu. Virgil Olariu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Paralia Athens's Gonzalo Taibo got a free kick in the 10th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Paralia Athens's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Abello came free, but Virgil Olariu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Paralia Athens getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Petru Văidianu hit a great ball. Ke Zhou Yuan came free with the goalkeeper in the 16th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mihnea Suşu could save by the left post. With a little luck, FC Dacii Liberi - IASI's Mihnea Suşu got control of the ball when Ke Zhou Yuan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ke Zhou Yuan might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mihnea Suşu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ke Zhou Yuan ran back to his position shaking his head. Mihnea Suşu came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Paralia Athens's Mike Cai. But to his dismay, Mike Cai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Virgil Olariu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaizko Abaurre in the 30th minute of play forced Paralia Athens's goalkeeper Virgil Olariu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Dacii Liberi - IASI's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Tudor Manolescu scored to the left of an out of position Mihnea Suşu, making the score, 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ke Zhou Yuan got free with Mihnea Suşu in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th match minute, Paralia Athens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manole Muncelean to maneuver through the defense. Mihnea Suşu was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Mike Cai capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mike Cai really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Virgil Olariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedicto Abello in the 42nd minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, Tudor Manolescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paralia Athens's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Dacii Liberi - IASI the free kick. After a rather tough play, Paralia Athens's Tudor Manolescu got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Dacii Liberi - IASI's zone, Mike Cai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mihnea Suşu came out of the goal and Mike Cai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The throw-in from Eduard Jienescu in the 54th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Paralia Athens's Ionuț Brânzeu. Mihnea Suşu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mike Cai in the 55th minute of the match. Paralia Athens's Virgil Olariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedicto Abello in the 58th minute of play. Mike Cai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ke Zhou Yuan in the 61st minute of play forced FC Dacii Liberi - IASI's goalkeeper Mihnea Suşu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Paralia Athens getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Adrian Erbașu hit a great ball. Paralia Athens made a substitution. Gürkan Akaydın replaced Ke Zhou Yuan. The supporters of FC Dacii Liberi - IASI booed when Paralia Athens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Costel Neagoe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Virgil Olariu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Pinheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paralia Athens's Tudor Manolescu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gaizko Abaurre in the 72 minute of the game. After 74 played minutes FC Dacii Liberi - IASI got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Pinheiro. Mihnea Suşu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mike Cai in the 80th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Dacii Liberi - IASI defense, Mike Cai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mihnea Suşu. The FC Dacii Liberi - IASI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mihnea Suşu should have stopped the shot. In the 86th minute, Gürkan Akaydın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Dacii Liberi - IASI made a substitution. Tymoteusz Kiwior replaced Rodolfo Pinheiro. A collision led to Paralia Athens getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Gürkan Akaydın hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the match, Paralia Athens's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Abello came free, but Virgil Olariu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, FC Dacii Liberi - IASI's Benedicto Abello ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Virgil Olariu. Virgil Olariu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-2. The Paralia Athens support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
