Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mike Cai kicked off to start the match. 7 minutes into the match, Mike Cai dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emil Inculeț, 1-0. Silviu Cutieru kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 13th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Emil Inculeț, was totally fooled by Paralia Athens's Mircea Robu, who 14 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Mike Cai might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Inculeț. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mike Cai ran back to his position shaking his head. Emil Inculeț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mike Cai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mike Cai blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emil Inculeț having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mike Cai in the 21st minute of play forced MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's goalkeeper Emil Inculeț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute of the game Dacian Ilica made a throw-in which Dorel Logofătu played forward. In the 29th minute Vasile Manolache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgil Olariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Silviu Cutieru got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mike Cai might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Inculeț. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mike Cai ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Emil Inculeț got control of the ball when Mike Cai tried to sneak it across the goal line. Petru Văidianu hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Dorel Logofătu hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vasile Manolache was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Paralia Athens's 柯洲远 got a free kick in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mike Cai in the 59th minute of play forced MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's goalkeeper Emil Inculeț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emil Inculeț came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Paralia Athens's Mike Cai. But to his dismay, Mike Cai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Vasile Manolache took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Virgil Olariu to make any attempt to save it. After 75 played minutes Paralia Athens got a freekick which was hit by Rolf Biörling. Dacian Ilica hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. If 柯洲远 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mircea Robu hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, Mike Cai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emil Inculeț was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1.
