Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pompiliu Balaban took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6thth minute of the game Mike Cai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Buzău's Ciprian Ghioane was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The coaching staff of Paralia Athens protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Agostinho Moura had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Paralia Athens! Paralia Athens:s Virgil Olariu showed great skill when he stopped Ionel Lung:s penalty. After a long run with the ball, Ionel Lung did a trick in the 15th minute in front of Paralia Athens's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 1-0. An impressive performance by FC Buzău's Ionel Lung! A collision led to Paralia Athens getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Petru Văidianu hit a great ball. Ciprian Ghioane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Ibio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mădălin Pascariu kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Teodor Romeo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paralia Athens's Virgil Olariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionel Lung in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute Mihail Gherdan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgil Olariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Călin Șora hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, FC Buzău's goal looked a bit too open when Mike Cai came free, but Ciprian Ghioane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remus Munteanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Virgil Olariu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Mircea Robu kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Virgil Olariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tudor Stancu in the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mike Cai to make the kick off. In the 59th match minute, Paralia Athens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodor Romeo to maneuver through the defense. 64 minutes into the match, FC Buzău's Ionel Lung sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Virgil Olariu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Mike Cai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciprian Ghioane was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
