In the 13th match minute, Tractorul Satulung -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horea Dică to maneuver through the defense. Dan Ghițescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dráusio Matos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dan Ghițescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dráusio Matos in the 18th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Dráusio Matos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dan Ghițescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 22 played minutes The Valar got a freekick which was hit by Toader Bălace. When Dorel Joja fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Valar's protests and gave Dorel Joja a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th match minute, The Valar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorel Joja to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Horea Dică got a free kick in the 27th minute. Nae Costandache could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Liviu Iordache made a huge save. After 31 minutes, Dráusio Matos made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. The Valar's Dan Ghițescu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to The Valar getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Gandalf Grey hit a great ball. Emilian Horațiu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dan Ghițescu. The Valar's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 37 minutes, Dráusio Matos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dráusio Matos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Dráusio Matos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tractorul Satulung -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 45th match minute, Tractorul Satulung -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráusio Matos to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Liviu Iordache got control of the ball when Mădălin Rotariu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dráusio Matos during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 48th minute, Dráusio Matos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nae Costandache was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Dráusio Matos put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Dan Ghițescu. In the 62nd minute, Mădălin Rotariu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Valar's Mădălin Rotariu got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Liviu Iordache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sorin Răduța, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugurel Grama in the 69th minute of play forced The Valar's goalkeeper Dan Ghițescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mugurel Grama struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Dan Ghițescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tractorul Satulung -MM-. Horea Marin hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. The supporters of Tractorul Satulung -MM- booed when The Valar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mădălin Rotariu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Mugurel Grama put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Dan Ghițescu. Dan Ghițescu was a little too slow when Dráusio Matos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 0-7. Dan Ghițescu made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Dráusio Matos sent off a good shot on target. Dráusio Matos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Dan Ghițescu made a huge save. Horea Dică charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horea Dică the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 88 played minutes Tractorul Satulung -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Horea Dică. Nae Costandache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Liviu Iordache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mugurel Grama received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dan Ghițescu came out and tried to block the shot, but Mugurel Grama slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 97th minute. When the final whistle sounded Tractorul Satulung -MM- left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than The Valar.
