Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Muget's Horea Cenușă started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Minerul Baita -MM- getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Ivan Herescu hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Muget's Ştefan Cenușă got a free kick in the 4th minute. Gigel Petrean showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cédric Payen in the 5th minute of the match. When Muget's Costin Piț in 8 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Sergiu Cobâlcescu guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 9th match minute, Muget was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcu Cenușă to maneuver through the defense. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Alan Varela took a good shot, in the 10th minute, which hit the crossbar above Gigel Petrean's head, and flew over the goal. Muget's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Minerul Baita -MM-. 12 minutes into the match, Horea Cenușă notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Minerul Baita -MM-'s Sergiu Cobâlcescu. Sergiu Cobâlcescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costin Piț in the 19th minute of play forced Minerul Baita -MM-'s goalkeeper Sergiu Cobâlcescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Codruț Podgoreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigel Petrean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Cédric Payen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Minerul Baita -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

With a little luck, Muget's Gigel Petrean got control of the ball when Vintilă Puișoru tried to sneak it across the goal line. 60 minutes into the game, Radu Măliță was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Muget's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Minerul Baita -MM- the free kick. Radu Măliță kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Horea Cenușă kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd match minute, Muget was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horea Cenușă to maneuver through the defense. Muget's Olimpiu Cenușă quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Mustafa Birol Ortanca, made in the 65th minute of the game. Sergiu Cobâlcescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horea Cenușă's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dudu Georgescu in the 77th minute of play forced Muget's goalkeeper Gigel Petrean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gigel Petrean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Codruț Podgoreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 86th minute, Codruț Podgoreanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dudu Georgescu charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dudu Georgescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dudu Georgescu kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. A collision led to Minerul Baita -MM- getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Dudu Georgescu hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Minerul Baita -MM- left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Muget.
