Franciszek Wojtyna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pankracy Borkowski in the 6th minute of play. After 7 played minutes MS Rybnik got a freekick which was hit by Wojciech Ryback. In the 12th minute, Cyprian Golembiewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, MS Rybnik's Wojciech Ryback got a free kick in the 13th minute. Radoslaw Rostow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Franciszek Wojtyna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pankracy Borkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Olaf Zacharzewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waclaw Hryc in the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Radoslaw Rostow hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olaf Zacharzewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waclaw Hryc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Franciszek Wojtyna came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by UNITED GWAREK's Pankracy Borkowski. But to his dismay, Pankracy Borkowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Pankracy Borkowski took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Franciszek Wojtyna. Franciszek Wojtyna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 42nd match minute, MS Rybnik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wojciech Ryback to maneuver through the defense. Cyprian Golembiewski, 43 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. UNITED GWAREK's Olaf Zacharzewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save UNITED GWAREK from getting a goal against them. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Radoslaw Rostow made a kick off. When Cyprian Golembiewski fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UNITED GWAREK's protests and gave Cyprian Golembiewski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd minute Michal Dobrowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olaf Zacharzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radoslaw Rostow struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Franciszek Wojtyna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UNITED GWAREK. Franciszek Wojtyna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radoslaw Rostow in the 63rd minute. In the 69th match minute, UNITED GWAREK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maksymilian Gongolewicz to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, UNITED GWAREK's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Ryback came free, but Olaf Zacharzewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olaf Zacharzewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stasio Oborski, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wojciech Ryback during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th match minute, MS Rybnik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wojciech Ryback to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the match, UNITED GWAREK's goal looked a bit too open when Miromir Gmoch came free, but Olaf Zacharzewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of UNITED GWAREK booed when MS Rybnik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leszek Hludzenski didn't get a good kick on the ball. UNITED GWAREK's Cyprian Golembiewski couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 81st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for MS Rybnik. The audience was convinced that Waclaw Hryc's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olaf Zacharzewski was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. In the 96th minute Waclaw Hryc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olaf Zacharzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. UNITED GWAREK were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over MS Rybnik's much stronger midfield.
