Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Zgierskie Zlewy's Barnaba Bazylnikov started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zgierskie Zlewy's Napoleon Literski got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 7th minute Barnaba Bazylnikov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrzej Köpke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th match minute, Zgierskie Zlewy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maciej Kaszubik to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Barnaba Bazylnikov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andrzej Köpke was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 38 minutes into the match, Barnaba Bazylnikov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andrzej Köpke. Cosmos 1984 NewDance's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Barnaba Bazylnikov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. When Zgierskie Zlewy's Barnaba Bazylnikov in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cosmos 1984 NewDance's goalie prevented a goal. In the 43rd minute, Kryspin Odachowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Barnaba Bazylnikov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zgierskie Zlewy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Waldemar Domaracki took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andrzej Köpke. Andrzej Köpke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. After the first half Zgierskie Zlewy were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kryspin Jaroszewicz made a kick off. Andrzej Köpke was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Barnaba Bazylnikov showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 54 minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Cosmos 1984 NewDance's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Bazylnikov came free, but Andrzej Köpke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Barnaba Bazylnikov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zgierskie Zlewy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Andrzej Köpke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmy Berardi, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Andrzej Köpke was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jimmy Berardi. After a rather tough play, Cosmos 1984 NewDance's Kryspin Jaroszewicz got a free kick in the 74th minute. Napoleon Literskis short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Andrzej Köpke to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Andrzej Köpke came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Zgierskie Zlewy's Napoleon Literski. But to his dismay, Napoleon Literski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. In the 94th minute, Jaroslaw Kopacz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cosmos 1984 NewDance's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Barnaba Bazylnikov scored to the left of an out of position Andrzej Köpke, making the score, 0-10. When the match was over Zgierskie Zlewy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cosmos 1984 NewDance throughout the match.
