Szczepan Mazierz charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Szczepan Mazierz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Walery Skaradoski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugeniusz Turek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walery Skaradoski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazimierz Miazga in the 12th minute of play. Grzegorz Skikiewicz made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Ignacy Dziura sent off a good shot on target. Eugeniusz Turek's late challenge caught a Czarni Kozłowa Góra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugeniusz Turek helped the player get up and apologised. When Czarni Kozłowa Góra's Ignacy Dziura in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walery Skaradoski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Walery Skaradoski was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Czarni Kozłowa Góra getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Szczepan Mazierz hit a great ball. Ignacy Dziura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grzegorz Skikiewicz having to interfere. Ignacy Dziura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Grzegorz Skikiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Grzegorz Skikiewicz managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when Czarni Kozłowa Góra's Ignacy Dziura fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Grzegorz Skikiewicz made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Ignacy Dziura sent off a good shot on target. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's goalkeeper Grzegorz Skikiewicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Walery Skaradoski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kazimierz Miazga showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 55 minute of play. Walery Skaradoski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eugeniusz Turek went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Walery Skaradoski. After a defensive mix-up in ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's zone, Ignacy Dziura stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Grzegorz Skikiewicz came out of the goal and Ignacy Dziura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the match, Czarni Kozłowa Góra's goalkeeper Walery Skaradoski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugeniusz Turek. ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's Grzegorz Skikiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacy Dziura in the 95th minute of play.
