Stefan Turak started the match with the kick off. If Karol Burdalski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ defense, Stefan Turak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hieronim Milko. The GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hieronim Milko should have stopped the shot. Wincent Waldoch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olaf Kostrzewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Konrad Percha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Wincent Waldoch made a huge save. 9 minutes into the game, Cyprian Bugajski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chopina Wejherowo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ the free kick. The supporters of GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ booed when Chopina Wejherowo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyprian Bugajski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute Ludomir Kinic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Waldoch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karol Burdalski came free with the goalkeeper in the 12th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Wincent Waldoch could save by the left post. Hieronim Milko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominik Podwojski, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After 17 played minutes GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ got a freekick which was hit by Janusz Kisielka. 18 minutes into the match, Chopina Wejherowo's Stefan Turak broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 23rd minute Stefan Turak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hieronim Milko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Stefan Turak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. One of Chopina Wejherowo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ:s goal. Lucjan Werra shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 31 minutes into the match, Chopina Wejherowo's goal looked a bit too open when Dobromir Drebit came free, but Wincent Waldoch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karol Burdalski in the 37th minute of play forced Chopina Wejherowo's goalkeeper Wincent Waldoch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Chopina Wejherowo's goalkeeper Wincent Waldoch had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karol Burdalski. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 55th minute, Dobromir Drebit ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wincent Waldoch was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 64th minute, Karol Burdalski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Chopina Wejherowo's Wincent Waldoch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dobromir Drebit in the 67th minute of play. Wincent Waldoch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konrad Percha, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. If Dominik Podwojski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 89 played minutes GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ got a freekick which was hit by Janusz Kisielka. In the 93rd minute Konrad Percha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Waldoch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chopina Wejherowo's Wincent Waldoch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konrad Percha in the 95th minute of play. GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Chopina Wejherowo to leave the ground with a draw.
