Ulryk Tarka hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Konrad Rykaczewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Grucza in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 39th minute Arkadiusz Czajkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konrad Rykaczewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, Olgierd Wielgopolski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olimpia HSB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pogoń Stawiszyn the free kick. The Olimpia HSB fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pogoń Stawiszyn had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
