He walked away shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Shaolin soccer's Emil Karp got a free kick in the 10th minute. Szymon Faron kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Bogumil Waselewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emil Karp's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. The Shaolin soccer fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Shaolin soccer's Szymon Faron looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bogumil Waselewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juliusz Ptaszek in the 24th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, WZG Sandomierz's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Karp came free, but Bogumil Waselewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Szymon Faron in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bogumil Waselewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 43 minutes, Pawel Pazura mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Shaolin soccer and the WZG Sandomierz players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of WZG Sandomierz booed when Shaolin soccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pawel Pazura didn't get a good kick on the ball. WZG Sandomierz's Bogumil Waselewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szymon Faron in the 47th minute of play. Bogumil Waselewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emil Karp's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hieronim Plachetka to make the kick off. Dawid Sanocki was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 75 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of Shaolin soccer:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of WZG Sandomierz:s goal. Szymon Faron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Bogumil Waselewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Shaolin soccer's Bogumil Waselewicz threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Szymon Faron, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Bogumil Japola struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Bartosz Lech didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for WZG Sandomierz. Bogumil Waselewicz was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Szymon Faron capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Szymon Faron really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. The supporters of WZG Sandomierz booed when Shaolin soccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pankracy Pryla didn't get a good kick on the ball. The WZG Sandomierz supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Shaolin soccer's performance. The match ended with a win for Shaolin soccer.
