Hugon Derlanga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrzej Markowski in the 4th minute of the match. The referee ignored Red Devils's protests and gave Michal Petrasz a yellow card for diving instead. The referee ignored Zryw Samsonów's protests and gave Borys Kissel a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Red Devils booed when Zryw Samsonów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borys Kissel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugon Derlanga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszko Hoffman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olaf Buda scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hugon Derlanga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Zryw Samsonów getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Hugon Rykaczewski hit a great ball. After having played for 14 minutes, Zbyszko Hoffman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Red Devils's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zbyszko Hoffman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Milosz Podwojski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Krzysztof Golaszewski having to interfere. Hugon Derlanga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrzej Markowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Jurand Kornatowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milosz Podwojski in the 25th minute of play forced Red Devils's goalkeeper Krzysztof Golaszewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugon Derlanga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrzej Markowski in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Red Devils were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Milosz Podwojski made a kick off. Krzysztof Golaszewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milosz Podwojski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milosz Podwojski in the 52nd minute of play forced Red Devils's goalkeeper Krzysztof Golaszewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomasz Jaszcz's late challenge caught a Zryw Samsonów's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomasz Jaszcz helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Red Devils getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Tomasz Jaszcz hit a great ball. In the 60th minute of the match, Andrzej Markowski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hugon Derlanga saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 64 minutes into the match, Kazimierz Grocholski notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Red Devils's Krzysztof Golaszewski. Krzysztof Golaszewski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zbyszko Hoffman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hugon Derlanga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Zryw Samsonów's Hugon Derlanga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Zryw Samsonów from getting a goal against them. After 90 played minutes Zryw Samsonów got a freekick which was hit by Jurand Kornatowski. In the 91st minute, Andrzej Markowski sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Zryw Samsonów's Hugon Derlanga didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Zryw Samsonów's Beniamin Resel got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Despite being the better team, Red Devils failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
