The crowd rose to their feet as Konstanty Ziombkowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cezary Niemoj. That made the score 2-0 in the 16 minute of play. When Jan Giejda came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Bialski Bastion Legii fans jumped to their feet. Chojnickie Byki's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radowit Jarmulowicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sylwester Rukszcz's late challenge caught a Bialski Bastion Legii's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sylwester Rukszcz helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bialski Bastion Legii booed when Chojnickie Byki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thierry Henry to make the kick off. When Jerzy Kolbe fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bialski Bastion Legii's protests and gave Jerzy Kolbe a yellow card for diving instead. Chojnickie Byki made a substitution. Ulryk Ciupierdo replaced Hugon Ostrowski. After 52 played minutes Bialski Bastion Legii got a freekick which was hit by Jerzy Kolbe. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Konstanty Ziombkowski sped through Chojnickie Byki's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cezary Niemoj. Tomasz Buda kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Radowit Jarmulowicz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. 84 minutes into the game, Thierry Henry cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Roman Plachetka was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Feliks Dzierwa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, Chojnickie Byki's goal looked a bit too open when Konstanty Ziombkowski came free, but Cezary Niemoj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Thierry Henry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
