The ball went over the crossbar instead. 45 minutes into the match, Goral Zywiec's goal looked a bit too open when Jakub Pawlak came free, but Leszek Pruss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miroslaw Logewnik to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakub Pawlak in the 51st minute of play forced Goral Zywiec's goalkeeper Leszek Pruss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Bentkowski in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damian Limanowski saved Varsovia from getting behind. Miroslaw Logewnik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Damian Limanowski made a huge save. When Varsovia's Jakub Pawlak in 80 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Leszek Pruss guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Damian Limanowski acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 85th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dawid Chuchro. Leszek Pruss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kajetan Siwy, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. If Miroslaw Logewnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
