Szczakowianka's Tomasz Rutkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artūras Zapolski in the 7th minute of play. After 10 played minutes Szczakowianka got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Daszkowski. 24 minutes into the game, Daniel Chazon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Brzesko City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Szczakowianka the free kick. The audience was convinced that Wincenty Jaraczeski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomasz Rutkowski was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. 29 minutes into the match, FC Brzesko City's goalkeeper Dominik Loncki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karol Zapolski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artūras Zapolski in the 35th minute of play forced Szczakowianka's goalkeeper Tomasz Rutkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Szczakowianka's Tomasz Rutkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artūras Zapolski in the 37th minute of play. It was Radomir Dulemba who took care of the corner kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maciej Haszczak during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 48 played minutes Szczakowianka got a freekick which was hit by Maciej Haszczak. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mateusz Kluska stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zdzislaw Cetnar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominik Loncki having to interfere. Tomasz Rutkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziemowit Ziomkowski in the 61st minute of play. Dominik Loncki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maciej Haszczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 66 minutes, Wincenty Jaraczeski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Brzesko City and the Szczakowianka players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 66th match minute, FC Brzesko City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wincenty Jaraczeski to maneuver through the defense. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dominik Loncki showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tomasz Burdzel's late challenge caught a FC Brzesko City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomasz Burdzel helped the player get up and apologised. If Mateusz Kluska had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
