The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Valdek Edasi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Villem, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Valdek Edasi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Valdek Edasi came out of the goal and Roomet Veiderma tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the match, TSC Tartu Seminar's goal looked a bit too open when Edmund Villem came free, but Valdek Edasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, JK raamatuid.ee's Harald Roo got control of the ball when Märt Kääramees tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, TSC Tartu Seminar's Jaan Levisto got a free kick in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the game, JK raamatuid.ee's Pavel Kallaste nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valdek Edasi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. TSC Tartu Seminar's Valdek Edasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavel Kallaste in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Kaspar Jaani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ilmar Kaasik came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the TSC Tartu Seminar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ilmar Kaasik couldn't finish the play. Valdek Edasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Kallaste in the 37th minute of the match. Valdek Edasi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmund Villem went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 43rd minute of the match Kerdo Pulver shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valdek Edasi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of TSC Tartu Seminar booed when JK raamatuid.ee was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliver Ruut didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Märt Kääramees notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of JK raamatuid.ee's Harald Roo. Harald Roo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Valdek Edasi was left in no man's land by his defense there! The JK raamatuid.ee supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing JK raamatuid.ee would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
