Birk Stene showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bil McPhilip, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 5 minutes into the game, Herygh Prunty cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Birk Stene was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 8 minutes into the match, Forrfjord FF's goalkeeper Birk Stene had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bradner Ryan. With a little luck, Forrfjord FF's Birk Stene got control of the ball when Herygh Prunty tried to sneak it across the goal line. Forrfjord FF's Birk Stene proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Forrfjord FF from getting a goal against them. Birk Stene made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Herygh Prunty sent off a good shot on target. Bil McPhilip succeeded in the game's 14th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. If Gabriel Nodland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erik Aarseth's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lewy McJon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Forrfjord FF's Birk Stene proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Forrfjord FF from getting a goal against them. In the 32nd minute, St. James Gate F.C.'s Bil McPhilip ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Birk Stene. Birk Stene yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. In the 35th minute Bil McPhilip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birk Stene saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Herygh Prunty reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Birk Stene. The goal made the score 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Herygh Prunty stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Herygh Prunty hit a great ball. 54 minutes into the match, Forrfjord FF's goal looked a bit too open when Herygh Prunty came free, but Birk Stene reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Forrfjord FF's goal looked a bit too open when Edward McNamara came free, but Birk Stene reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Birk Stene showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herygh Prunty in the 62nd minute of the match. After 65 played minutes St. James Gate F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Bradner Ryan. Herygh Prunty took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Birk Stene. Birk Stene dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. The supporters of St. James Gate F.C. booed when Forrfjord FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morten Søderholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, Bil McPhilip got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Bradner Ryan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Birk Stene. Forrfjord FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bradner Ryan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Birk Stene took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bil McPhilip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bradner Ryan during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 79th minute, Bradner Ryan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute of the match Joachim Stensland shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lewy McJon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Birk Stene made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herygh Prunty in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bradner Ryan in the 83rd minute of play forced Forrfjord FF's goalkeeper Birk Stene to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bradner Ryan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 90 minutes of play, St. James Gate F.C.'s Herygh Prunty made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Birk Stene was left in no man's land by his defense there! Birk Stene took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herygh Prunty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
