The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Fc Schönhagen getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Jochen Wolters hit a great ball. Reimar Gaab was a little too slow when Theodor Finsrud got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Fc Schönhagen's goal looked a bit too open when Jesper Kvarme came free, but Reimar Gaab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Theodor Finsrud's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Reimar Gaab firmly grabbed it by the left post. Reimar Gaab didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jesper Kvarme went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Asgeir Roald hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the game, Verner Grønvik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oslo City FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc Schönhagen the free kick. After a rather tough play, Oslo City FC's Verner Grønvik got a free kick in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the match, Oslo City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Holger Köppchen came free, but Theodor Sandal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Theodor Finsrud got free with Reimar Gaab in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 32 minutes into the game, Oslo City FC's Theodor Finsrud nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reimar Gaab made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The supporters of Oslo City FC booed when Fc Schönhagen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ekkehard Clemens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jochen Wolters's late challenge caught a Oslo City FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jochen Wolters helped the player get up and apologised. Jochen Wolters hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. A collision led to Oslo City FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ludvik Holand hit a great ball. Jochen Wolters took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Theodor Sandal. Theodor Sandal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Patrick Derm kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. The Oslo City FC fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Oslo City FC's Lukas Søderholm looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 59 minutes into the game, Verner Grønvik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Reimar Gaab was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 61 played minutes Oslo City FC got a freekick which was hit by Verner Grønvik. In the 63rd match minute, Oslo City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theodor Finsrud to maneuver through the defense. Jupp Schultheiss received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Theodor Sandal came out and tried to block the shot, but Jupp Schultheiss slotted it home off the left post making it 5-2 in the 64th minute. Theodor Sandal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Holger Köppchen in the 68th minute of the match. When Fc Schönhagen's Holger Köppchen in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oslo City FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 72nd minute Jesper Kvarme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reimar Gaab saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reimar Gaab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesper Kvarme in the 77th minute of play. Jupp Schultheiss recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Fc Schönhagen's goal looked a bit too open when Lukas Søderholm came free, but Reimar Gaab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reimar Gaab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Verner Grønvik in the 82nd minute of play. Lukas Søderholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Reimar Gaab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 87 minutes of play, Oslo City FC's Lukas Søderholm made it 6-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reimar Gaab was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Verner Grønvik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holger Köppchen in the 93rd minute of play forced Oslo City FC's goalkeeper Theodor Sandal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Jochen Wolters could shoot a difficult shot in the 94th minute, which Theodor Sandal however easily saved by the left post. Fc Schönhagen's Holger Köppchen got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fc Schönhagen players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Oslo City FC.
