Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Murat Prüll started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4thth minute of the game Murat Prüll who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Death Ducks's Ronan Marler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marty Holden hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 5th minute, Aage Schwabe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KFC Uerdingen 05 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Walter Zürner hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute of the match Isaac Harrison shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tyrell Springer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ronan Marler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Zürner in the 10th minute of the match. Ronan Marler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aage Schwabe, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Ronan Marler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregor Reinauer in the 15th minute of play. After 16 minutes Real Death Ducks's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aage Schwabe who took care of the corner kick. KFC Uerdingen 05's Walter Zürner was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ronan Marler in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Murat Prüll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Real Death Ducks's Ronan Marler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murat Prüll in the 22nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Murat Prüll's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ronan Marler was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Ronan Marler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Zürner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronan Marler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fatmir Zollt in the 31st minute of play. Tod Steed kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Fatmir Zollt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ronan Marler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Real Death Ducks's goal looked a bit too open when Walter Zürner came free, but Ronan Marler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronan Marler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murat Prüll, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute of the match Andreas Brehme sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ronan Marler skillfully saved the ball. Murat Prüll struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Ronan Marler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KFC Uerdingen 05. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lawrence Banks to strike the kick off in the second half. Murat Prüll's late challenge caught a Real Death Ducks's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Murat Prüll helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, KFC Uerdingen 05's Murat Prüll got a free kick in the 51st minute. If Murat Prüll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aage Schwabe got free with Ronan Marler in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Real Death Ducks's Ronan Marler got control of the ball when Fatmir Zollt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ronan Marler made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Murat Prüll sent off a good shot on target. Fatmir Zollt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronan Marler having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aage Schwabe in the 66th minute of play forced Real Death Ducks's goalkeeper Ronan Marler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Murat Prüll hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Ronan Marler was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Murat Prüll capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Murat Prüll really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Murat Prülls short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Ronan Marler to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ronan Marler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Murat Prüll in the 84th minute. If Fatmir Zollt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronan Marler was a little too slow when Aage Schwabe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 0-4.
