Mihkel Looga hit a great ball. 7 minutes into the match, SC Otten's Ronnie Schilder sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Armin Laineste narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FS Kilomani's Julius Karikas managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Damir Preußner in the 11 minute of the game. The supporters of FS Kilomani booed when SC Otten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronnie Schilder didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, FS Kilomani's goal looked a bit too open when Rudi Tenhagen came free, but Armin Laineste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maarek Astuja had several of the SC Otten's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 15 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Olaf Lübke as he didn't even see the shot coming. Maarek Astuja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armin Laineste came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by SC Otten's Ronnie Schilder. But to his dismay, Ronnie Schilder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Maarek Astuja's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Olaf Lübke skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. FS Kilomani's Julius Karikas quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Reinhold Friedl, made in the 26th minute of the game. Olaf Lübke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maarek Astuja's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Hansjörg Görlitz notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FS Kilomani's Armin Laineste. Armin Laineste was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Maarek Astuja managed to get in a good position for a shot. FS Kilomani's supporters rose to their feet, but Maarek Astuja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olaf Lübke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd match minute, SC Otten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinhold Friedl to maneuver through the defense. Guido Vollmer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Olaf Lübke made a huge save. In the 43rd minute, Ken Reisberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maarek Astuja struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Olaf Lübke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FS Kilomani. 47 minutes into the match, Ronnie Schilder had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armin Laineste. FS Kilomani's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronnie Schilder was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 54th minute, Maarek Astuja got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th minute, Mihkel Looga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FS Kilomani fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hansjörg Görlitz got free with Armin Laineste in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maarek Astuja in the 64th minute of play forced SC Otten's goalkeeper Olaf Lübke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damir Preußner made in the 66th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Hansjörg Görlitz immediately put the ball in play. Armin Laineste made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Rudi Tenhagen sent off a good shot on target. SC Otten's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sargon Baek in the 71st minute. In the 76th minute, Maarek Astuja made a precise shot to the right of Olaf Lübke. SC Otten's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. In the 80th minute Guido Vollmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olaf Lübke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julius Karikas's late challenge caught a SC Otten's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julius Karikas helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hansjörg Görlitz got free with Armin Laineste in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FS Kilomani's attentive Julius Karikas managed to snatch the ball when Reinhold Friedl made a throw-in in the 89th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronnie Schilder in the 93rd minute of play forced FS Kilomani's goalkeeper Armin Laineste to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FS Kilomani's Armin Laineste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederik Vielmann in the 94th minute of play. Armin Laineste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronnie Schilder in the 96th minute of play.
