Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Geir-Inge Berg started the match with the kick off. Saco FC's Wolfgang Bartolini got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 13 minutes into the game, Marius Davidsen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bårjåsnjárgga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saco FC the free kick. The supporters of Saco FC booed when Bårjåsnjárgga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marius Davidsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Thorbjørn Engsholm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dag Vie was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dag Vie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thorbjørn Engsholm in the 19th minute of play. If Pierre Gurstov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Thorbjørn Engsholm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saco FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Dag Vie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre Gurstov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Thorbjørn Engsholm sped through Bårjåsnjárgga's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dag Vie. Villiam Slott fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dag Vie having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Steinar Georgsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thorbjørn Engsholm to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Steinar Georgsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bårjåsnjárgga's supporters rose to their feet, but Steinar Georgsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jannich Brolyng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thorbjørn Engsholm in the 59th minute of play forced Bårjåsnjárgga's goalkeeper Dag Vie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Saco FC's Thorbjørn Engsholm slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dag Vie. That made the score 0-5 after 61 minutes of play. After 65 minutes, Thorbjørn Engsholm made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Bårjåsnjárgga's Dag Vie tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Wolfgang Bartolini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Dag Vie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Saco FC's Thorbjørn Engsholm ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dag Vie. Dag Vie yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. From close distance Thorbjørn Engsholm pressed in the 0-8 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 82 minutes into the game. Jannich Brolyng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steinar Georgsen in the 86th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geir-Inge Berg in the 95th minute of play forced Saco FC's goalkeeper Jannich Brolyng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
