A collision led to Hoberg United getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Roald Reher hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, Hoberg United's goal looked a bit too open when Emilis Laivys came free, but Ernst Aarsing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernst Aarsing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigitas Ivoška in the 14th minute of play. Kęstutis Skersys's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernst Aarsing read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After 16 minutes of play, FK Mintis Vilnius's Mustafa Juodis made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ernst Aarsing was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Oluf Stensvang in the 23rd minute of play forced FK Mintis Vilnius's goalkeeper Gvidonas Jakimavičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samuel Grabow's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gvidonas Jakimavičius firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 24th minute, Hoberg United's Samuel Grabow ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gvidonas Jakimavičius. Gvidonas Jakimavičius yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Samuel Grabow received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gvidonas Jakimavičius came out and tried to block the shot, but Samuel Grabow slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 28th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuel Grabow got free with Gvidonas Jakimavičius in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of FK Mintis Vilnius booed when Hoberg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kresten Hogaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ugnius Budnikas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernst Aarsing having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Hoberg United's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Juodis came free, but Ernst Aarsing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FK Mintis Vilnius getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Sigitas Ivoška hit a great ball. Samuel Grabow in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gvidonas Jakimavičius, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Teddi Engbøl fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hoberg United's protests and gave Teddi Engbøl a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes Hoberg United got a freekick which was hit by Teddi Engbøl. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erhard Dalsmark to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Sigitas Ivoška dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ernst Aarsing, 2-2. 54 minutes into the game, Ugnius Budnikas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FK Mintis Vilnius's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hoberg United the free kick. Ugnius Budnikas kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Ugnius Budnikas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FK Mintis Vilnius fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Sigitas Ivoška's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Ernst Aarsing skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Hoberg United's Ernst Aarsing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigitas Ivoška in the 73rd minute of play. When Samuel Grabow came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Hoberg United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Grabow couldn't finish the play. If Oluf Stensvang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hoberg United's Samuel Grabow in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FK Mintis Vilnius's goalie prevented a goal. Hoberg United's Ernst Aarsing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ugnius Budnikas in the 84th minute of play. When Sigitas Ivoška came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the FK Mintis Vilnius fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sigitas Ivoška couldn't finish the play. Sigitas Ivoška fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernst Aarsing having to interfere. The FK Mintis Vilnius players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Hoberg United from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
