Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zekeriya Özbekkan took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the game, Øjvind Maller was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hvam FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético de Newell the free kick. In the 3rd match minute, Hvam FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Øjvind Maller to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute of the match Greg Bastow sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Hørbøll skillfully saved the ball. Keith Knightley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Hørbøll having to interfere. After 11 played minutes Club Atlético de Newell got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Knight. After a rather tough play, Hvam FC's Øjvind Maller got a free kick in the 14th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Hvam FC's zone, Greg Bastow stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Hørbøll came out of the goal and Greg Bastow tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Keith Knightley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Walentin Barnby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthieu Abelard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético de Newell's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kjeld Sterum was slow to take the kick. During this time Hvam FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 22nd match minute, Club Atlético de Newell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Bakewell to maneuver through the defense. Walentin Barnby kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After 26 played minutes Hvam FC got a freekick which was hit by Berthold Sibbern. When Keith Knightley came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Club Atlético de Newell fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Keith Knightley couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the match, Hvam FC's goal looked a bit too open when Keith Knightley came free, but Hugo Hørbøll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matthieu Abelard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zekeriya Özbekkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 35th match minute, Hvam FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Habakkuk Shearer to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Hørbøll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keith Knightley in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Zekeriya Özbekkan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthieu Abelard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Hvam FC defense, Philip Bakewell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Hørbøll. The Hvam FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Hørbøll should have stopped the shot. The Hvam FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Atlético de Newell were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Philip Bakewell was the one to do the kick off. Philip Bakewell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Hugo Hørbøll made a huge save. Philip Bakewell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Hørbøll having to interfere. In the 62nd match minute, Hvam FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Struborg to maneuver through the defense. Johnny Burns struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Hugo Hørbøll didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético de Newell. In the 70th match minute, Hvam FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kjeld Sterum to maneuver through the defense. After 78 played minutes Club Atlético de Newell got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Knight. 80 minutes into the match, Club Atlético de Newell's goal looked a bit too open when Walentin Barnby came free, but Matthieu Abelard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Walentin Barnby during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Hvam FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Walentin Barnby hit a great ball. When Walentin Barnby was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. In the 86th minute, Walentin Barnby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Hvam FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Haakon Lindblom hit a great ball. After 94 minutes, Haakon Lindblom mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hvam FC and the Club Atlético de Newell players grew even worse after the yellow card.
