In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Harkujärve JK's goalkeeper Jaagup Luiga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Harkujärve JK's Jaagup Luiga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Harkujärve JK from getting a goal against them. Harkujärve JK's Jaagup Luiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sammy Le Tissier in the 23rd minute of play. A collision led to Clapham Comets F.C. getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Donny Watson hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the game, Calum Frost cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jaagup Luiga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jaagup Luiga had great luck who in the 36thth minute grab hold of the ball when Sammy Le Tissier from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ardo Riiga during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ardo Riiga kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Sammy Le Tissier took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaagup Luiga. Jaagup Luiga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Harkujärve JK booed when Clapham Comets F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Clapham Comets F.C. getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Andrew Thomas hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Andrew Thomas sped through Harkujärve JK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jaagup Luiga. Shaun Purkiss hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Brad Symons recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brad Symons scored 5-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jaagup Luiga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Brad Symons took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaagup Luiga. Jaagup Luiga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Tom Rosický hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Clapham Comets F.C.'s goalkeeper Sebastian Cross, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jörgen Vool's late challenge caught a Clapham Comets F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jörgen Vool helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Clapham Comets F.C. booed when Harkujärve JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 95th minute of the match Andrew Thomas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jaagup Luiga skillfully saved the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Harkujärve JK's goal looked a bit too open when Brad Symons came free, but Jaagup Luiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clapham Comets F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
