Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Saga TF's Andreas Valla started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Xerxes Kamper put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Stig-Inge Langlo. Edvin Hodneland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Arndt Heil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Xerxes Kamper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xerxes Kamper in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stig-Inge Langlo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 21 minutes into the game, Xerxes Kamper recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stig-Inge Langlo. Xerxes Kamper showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Hermann Althaus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvin Hodneland, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 27th minute of the match Möhnsen FC got a corner. Saga TF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Xerxes Kamper ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Möhnsen FC's Xerxes Kamper to fire away a dangerous shot which Stig-Inge Langlo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Andreas Valla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hermann Althaus. Möhnsen FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andreas Valla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 36 minutes into the game, Oswald Binkert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Stig-Inge Langlo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 38th minute, Andreas Valla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 40 minutes, Xerxes Kamper made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Saga TF's Stig-Inge Langlo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44th minute, Andreas Valla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saga TF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xerxes Kamper to make the kick off. Stig-Inge Langlo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edson Neidlein in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rd minute Arndt Heil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig-Inge Langlo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stig-Inge Langlo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xerxes Kamper's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Xerxes Kamper took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stig-Inge Langlo. Stig-Inge Langlo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-2. In the 86thth minute of the game Xerxes Kamper who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saga TF's Stig-Inge Langlo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Xerxes Kamper's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stig-Inge Langlo was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Rudi Georgii's late challenge caught a Saga TF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rudi Georgii helped the player get up and apologised. Rudi Georgii hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Möhnsen FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
