Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) FC Rebel's Tom Rank started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. FC Rebel's Ando Roosaare proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save FC Rebel from getting a goal against them. After 16 minutes, Kunnar Varendi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Rebel and the Academica Pulheim players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th match minute, FC Rebel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kunnar Varendi to maneuver through the defense. Dariusz Wieberneit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Riivo Püha in the 20th minute of play. Dariusz Wieberneit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tom Rank, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC Rebel booed when Academica Pulheim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hannes Steckamp didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, FC Rebel's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Schulitz came free, but Ando Roosaare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Academica Pulheim were awarded a corner. Jari Anzengruber went to the cornerflag to take it. After 44 played minutes Academica Pulheim got a freekick which was hit by Holder Wieczorek.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florian Schulitz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alvar Vilep hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Ando Roosaare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conny Stober in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd match minute, FC Rebel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edvin Ringo to maneuver through the defense. After 55 played minutes FC Rebel got a freekick which was hit by Riivo Püha. Ando Roosaare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florian Schulitz in the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Kunnar Varendi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Rebel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Florian Schulitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ando Roosaare read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Florian Schulitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ando Roosaare having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noel Schaffert in the 75th minute of play forced FC Rebel's goalkeeper Ando Roosaare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kaspar Hernes kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Ando Roosaare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noel Schaffert in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute Florian Schulitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ando Roosaare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, FC Rebel's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Schulitz came free, but Ando Roosaare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ando Roosaare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rainer Stuntebeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The audience was convinced that Florian Schulitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ando Roosaare was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 93rd minute, Noel Schaffert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ando Roosaare was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
