Øyvind Martinsen scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Liam Durrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the match, FRANK's goalkeeper Ventura Barrios had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tristram Gower. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Finn Klungtveit in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Liam Durrant saved Staffordshire Terrier FC from getting behind. Finn Klungtveit struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Liam Durrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FRANK. If Øyvind Martinsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, Staffordshire Terrier FC's goal looked a bit too open when Øyvind Martinsen came free, but Liam Durrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liam Durrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Finn Klungtveit in the 42nd minute of the match. The Staffordshire Terrier FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FRANK were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Øyvind Martinsen was the one to do the kick off. The corner ended in Les Howard almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FRANK's Ventura Barrios did a great save. In the 72nd match minute, Staffordshire Terrier FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tristram Gower to maneuver through the defense. Liam Durrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Øyvind Martinsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Louie Walker fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Staffordshire Terrier FC's protests and gave Louie Walker a yellow card for diving instead. After 77 played minutes Staffordshire Terrier FC got a freekick which was hit by Louie Walker. Staffordshire Terrier FC's Les Howard got his second yellow card of the match in the 80th minute. The referee ordered Les Howard off the ground. A collision led to Staffordshire Terrier FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Les Howard hit a great ball. Ludvik Størksen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liam Durrant having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Staffordshire Terrier FC's Niall Deacon got a free kick in the 85th minute. The long shot by Øyvind Martinsen in the 86th minute really tested Liam Durrant's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Ventura Barrios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tristram Gower, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, Staffordshire Terrier FC's goalkeeper Liam Durrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ludvik Størksen. An unexpectedly hard shot by Finn Klungtveit in the 91st minute of play forced Staffordshire Terrier FC's goalkeeper Liam Durrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bingen Brorsson came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the FRANK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bingen Brorsson couldn't finish the play.
