In the 6th minute, Thorstein Loller left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Strib Galacticos IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When Strib Galacticos IF's Thorstein Loller in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hertha 1969's Erich Pietta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thorstein Loller in the 24th minute of play. Erich Pietta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thorstein Loller in the 25th minute of the match. Sonni Engklint's late challenge caught a Hertha 1969's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sonni Engklint helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st minute, Sonni Engklint hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erich Pietta was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Enzo Francescoli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 39 minute of play. Adam Jäckel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johannes Stenberdt having to interfere. Hertha 1969's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Thorstein Loller scored to the left of an out of position Erich Pietta, making the score, 5-1. The supporters of Strib Galacticos IF booed when Hertha 1969 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens Böge didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thorstein Loller was the one to do the kick off. Strib Galacticos IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Halfdan Hornegaard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erich Pietta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Strib Galacticos IF booed when Hertha 1969 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dante Jakob didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bobbi Mejnholt hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, Hertha 1969's goal looked a bit too open when Thorstein Loller came free, but Erich Pietta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Enzo Francescoli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erich Pietta was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Enzo Francescoli took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erich Pietta. Erich Pietta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. In the 89th minute, Bobbi Mejnholt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mathieu Tippelt kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match.
