In the 18th minute Udo Nördershäuser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peeter Nurk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elari Lõoke in the 22nd minute of play forced Großberghofen's goalkeeper Volker Riether to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Armageddon getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Kasimir Karu hit a great ball. Sebastian Blatzheim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Peeter Nurk made a huge save. Antoine Heidsiek took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peeter Nurk. Peeter Nurk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Großberghofen's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The coaching staff of Armageddon protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Asso Vilep had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 73 minutes into the match, Armageddon's goal looked a bit too open when Efraim Bath came free, but Peeter Nurk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ken Koppel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Volker Riether having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antoine Heidsiek in the 85th minute of play forced Armageddon's goalkeeper Peeter Nurk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
