The Ballkam Sportsklubb fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Ballkam Sportsklubb's Oscar Kašpárek looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Linas Gimžauskas's late challenge caught a Ballkam Sportsklubb's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Linas Gimžauskas helped the player get up and apologised. After 62 minutes FC Žalia Giria's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fredrik Grønning who took care of the corner kick. Arthur Lode made a great header on Ballkam Sportsklubb's corner, it was just that FC Žalia Giria's Daumantas Kardašius managed to reach the ball for a save. Daumantas Kardašius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Kašpárek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
