Boldklubben Skjold's Johnni Kirkskov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kong Gang Feng in the 3rd minute of play. Onur Sarıaslan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johnni Kirkskov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Johnni Kirkskov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kong Gang Feng in the 11th minute of play. Bernhard Merlyck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Theodor Adorno made a huge save. After some careless play in the West Staines Massive defense, Bruno Vindelin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Theodor Adorno. The West Staines Massive fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Theodor Adorno should have stopped the shot. Johnni Kirkskov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Mårtensson in the 41st minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Mei Wei Li had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Johnni Kirkskov. Boldklubben Skjold's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mei Wei Li was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kong Gang Feng stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Johnni Kirkskov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mei Wei Li, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Johnni Kirkskov made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Mei Wei Li sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Boldklubben Skjold's zone, Kong Gang Feng stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johnni Kirkskov came out of the goal and Kong Gang Feng tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th minute, Thorfinn Ranhauge ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Theodor Adorno was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Bruno Vindelin hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, Boldklubben Skjold's goal looked a bit too open when Ma Yuan Ning came free, but Johnni Kirkskov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by Boldklubben Skjold's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kong Gang Feng was slow to take the kick. During this time West Staines Massive's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Kong Gang Feng almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Boldklubben Skjold's Johnni Kirkskov did a great save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mei Wei Li in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Johnni Kirkskov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Boldklubben Skjold made a substitution. Habakkuk Coloccini replaced Al Thorbek. Johnni Kirkskov made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Lucas Mårtensson sent off a good shot on target. Lucas Mårtensson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Johnni Kirkskov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Johnni Kirkskov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kong Gang Feng, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. A collision led to Boldklubben Skjold getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Mathias de Hondt hit a great ball. Theodor Adorno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernhard Merlyck in the 95th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Boldklubben Skjold had won after a very even match.
