Nikos Kaminaridis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 10th match minute, Dhafnospiliá BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giorgos Mikros to maneuver through the defense. Skender Partenijev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Nikos Kaminaridis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Red Bull Club's Slavko Filimon got a free kick in the 18th minute. The supporters of Dhafnospiliá BC booed when Red Bull Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lirim Atanasovski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 22 played minutes Red Bull Club got a freekick which was hit by Lirim Atanasovski. Red Bull Club's Robert Manevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taam Taaensen in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Red Bull Club's Djordje Apostolov got a free kick in the 25th minute. If Atanas Živkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giorgos Mikros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Manevski having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ile Manojlovski in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nikos Kaminaridis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Dhafnospiliá BC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Red Bull Club were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ile Manojlovski to strike the kick off in the second half. Themis Karagiorgis hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Thomas Chatzichristos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dhafnospiliá BC's Nikos Kaminaridis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atanas Živkov in the 75th minute of play. Red Bull Club's Atanas Živkov got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Giorgos Mikros came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Dhafnospiliá BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giorgos Mikros couldn't finish the play. When Ile Manojlovski in the 83rd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Nikos Kaminaridis kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-4 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole.
