In the 7th minute, Biagio Menichini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Konstantinos Kapetanos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 10 played minutes Weltevedren got a freekick which was hit by Achille Valeri. A collision led to Green Hell F.C. getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Diogenis Kosmidis hit a great ball. Christian Alba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aris Stamatiadis in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aris Stamatiadis in the 26th minute of play forced Weltevedren's goalkeeper Christian Alba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Biagio Menichini came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Weltevedren fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Biagio Menichini couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes in the game, Biagio Menichini fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Konstantinos Kapetanos having to interfere. Konstantinos Kapetanos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Biagio Menichini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Weltevedren's goal looked a bit too open when Minas Seremeglis came free, but Christian Alba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Green Hell F.C.'s Konstantinos Kapetanos got control of the ball when Achille Valeri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Achille Valeri took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Konstantinos Kapetanos. Konstantinos Kapetanos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alaa G. Hansen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vlassis Tsoulidis kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Christian Alba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diogenis Kosmidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd match minute, Weltevedren was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Achille Valeri to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, Green Hell F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Biagio Menichini came free, but Konstantinos Kapetanos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alaa G. Hansen got free with Christian Alba in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Green Hell F.C. booed when Weltevedren was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amedeo Guerrini didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Green Hell F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Biagio Menichini came free, but Konstantinos Kapetanos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ferdinando Fiore charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferdinando Fiore the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ferdinando Fiore hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Achille Valeri in the 88th minute of play forced Green Hell F.C.'s goalkeeper Konstantinos Kapetanos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Weltevedren were victorious despite being under pressure from Green Hell F.C. for much of the match.
