Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Kostas Karameros started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Hadad Bubber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Achilleas Diamantidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zevadiah Eden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Achilleas Diamantidis having to interfere. With his leg Achilleas Diamantidis managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Maccabi Netanya's Chuttur Lønge fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Zevadiah Eden managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maccabi Netanya's supporters rose to their feet, but Zevadiah Eden was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Achilleas Diamantidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute, Maccabi Netanya's Chuttur Lønge ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Achilleas Diamantidis. Achilleas Diamantidis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 14thth minute of the game Maoz Arkin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Bad Company's Achilleas Diamantidis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Panos Evaggellou charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Panos Evaggellou the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Bad Company getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Panos Evaggellou hit a great ball. Maoz Arkin had several of the FC Bad Company's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 20 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Achilleas Diamantidis as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 27th minute, Chuttur Lønge ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Achilleas Diamantidis was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. When Panos Evaggellou was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 29 minutes had been played. Panos Evaggellou hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. With a little luck, FC Bad Company's Achilleas Diamantidis got control of the ball when Chuttur Lønge tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chuttur Lønge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Achilleas Diamantidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hadad Bubber struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Achilleas Diamantidis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maccabi Netanya. Zevadiah Eden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Achilleas Diamantidis having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maoz Arkin was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Maoz Arkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achilleas Diamantidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Maccabi Netanya's Chuttur Lønge in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Bad Company's goalie prevented a goal. Achilleas Diamantidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maoz Arkin in the 62nd minute of play. Hadad Bubber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bad Company's zone, Telem Hoffs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Achilleas Diamantidis came out of the goal and Telem Hoffs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Chuttur Lønge put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Achilleas Diamantidis. After a rather tough play, Maccabi Netanya's Telem Hoffs got a free kick in the 81st minute. Benzecry Butman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kostas Karameros in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zevadiah Eden in the 89th minute of play forced FC Bad Company's goalkeeper Achilleas Diamantidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Telem Hoffs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Achilleas Diamantidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Maccabi Netanya players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
