The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The nice shot from Avraam Stavropodis in the 6thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Branden Shelton had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Wincenty Roman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christos Agathoulis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of Trifillia.FC booed when K.F TIRANA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paco Cano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, K.F TIRANA's goalkeeper Branden Shelton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Avraam Stavropodis. 22 minutes into the game, Wincenty Roman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Christos Agathoulis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute, Elvis Durollari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of K.F TIRANA booed when Trifillia.FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paris Papadimas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Trifillia.FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paco Cano came free, but Christos Agathoulis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Tasos Spiliopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roman Wodaszak hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, Paco Cano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christos Agathoulis. Trifillia.FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paco Cano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The K.F TIRANA fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when K.F TIRANA's Paco Cano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Avraam Stavropodis was the one to do the kick off. Avraam Stavropodis struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Branden Shelton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trifillia.FC. Roman Wodaszak charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roman Wodaszak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, K.F TIRANA's Roman Wodaszak got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After having played for 54 minutes, Christos Kavourdoukos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trifillia.FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christos Kavourdoukos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christos Agathoulis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elvis Durollari in the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute of the match Avram Iorgulescu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christos Agathoulis skillfully saved the ball. Christos Agathoulis was a little too slow when Wincenty Roman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 0-5. 84 minutes into the game, Wincenty Roman lined in a short shot 0-6 behind a frustrated Christos Agathoulis. Tasos Spiliopoulos hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Wincenty Roman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The K.F TIRANA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. If Elvis Durollari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Christos Agathoulis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wincenty Roman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christos Agathoulis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paco Cano in the 95th minute. When the final whistle sounded K.F TIRANA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Trifillia.FC.
