Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Gianluca Scamacca started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 14th minute, Edoardo Flocco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 17 minutes, Fortunato Pugliese managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calenzano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fortunato Pugliese was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Concetto Bani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Scrima in the 18th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alberto Salerno during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Calenzano getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Alberto Salerno hit a great ball. When Sporting Club Sicilia's Flavio Scrima in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 36th minute, Amos Giusto sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Calenzano's Concetto Bani didn't even have to move. After some careless play in the Calenzano defense, Carlo Colaneri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Concetto Bani. The Calenzano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Concetto Bani should have stopped the shot. Concetto Bani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Scrima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Concetto Bani managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Sporting Club Sicilia's Emanuele Danza fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enrico Di Gennaro to make the kick off. Concetto Bani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Sporting Club Sicilia's Armando Falcioni got a free kick in the 66th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fortunato Pugliese couldn't finish the play. Angelo Gizzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrico Di Gennaro in the 94th minute of the match. The Sporting Club Sicilia support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
