Claudio Ruggeri started the match with the kick off. Jordan Laforgue showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Ruggeri in the 6th minute of the match. Dino Teodori kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Zola Predosa FC's Biagio Sessa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Zola Predosa FC from getting a goal against them. Biagio Sessa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adil Magaud showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. Jordan Laforgue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Ruggeri, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Biagio Sessa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Cosme in the 27th minute of play. With his leg Biagio Sessa managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Rathmore Lime Tree's Adil Magaud fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adil Magaud got free with Biagio Sessa in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th minute, Dino Teodori left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zola Predosa FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karim Cosme was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Rathmore Lime Tree booed when Zola Predosa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Bertoni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martial Hess struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Biagio Sessa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rathmore Lime Tree. After 55 minutes, Martial Hess mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rathmore Lime Tree and the Zola Predosa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Martial Hess hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. If Karim Cosme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rathmore Lime Tree made a substitution. Fernand Rouland replaced Karim Cosme. Jordan Laforgue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Teodori, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Dino Cala took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Jordan Laforgue to make any attempt to save it. In the 70th minute Martial Hess shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Sessa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavio Trotta kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernand Rouland in the 74th minute of play forced Zola Predosa FC's goalkeeper Biagio Sessa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bilal Hédin hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Fernand Rouland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zola Predosa FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Grégory Castello was slow to take the kick. During this time Rathmore Lime Tree's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Rathmore Lime Tree's corner Grégory Castello fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Biagio Sessa quite easily take care of the ball. Biagio Sessa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adil Magaud, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd match minute, Zola Predosa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Ruggeri to maneuver through the defense. Biagio Sessa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernand Rouland went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adil Magaud in the 98th minute of play forced Zola Predosa FC's goalkeeper Biagio Sessa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Despite being the better team, Zola Predosa FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
