The goalkeeper, Biagio Sessa, was totally fooled by MoVenTorZ FC's Leonard Nienajadlo, who 16 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Aurelio Ragusa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A sloppy throw-in by Cesare Toto in the 24th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by MoVenTorZ FC's Emilio Zoccolo. With a little luck, Zola Predosa FC's Biagio Sessa got control of the ball when Arrigo Aureli tried to sneak it across the goal line. MoVenTorZ FC's Daniel Wiborg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Ragusa in the 26th minute of play. The referee ignored MoVenTorZ FC's protests and gave Ercole Finocchi a yellow card for diving instead. MoVenTorZ FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
