Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sylwester Hajder started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes in the game Ermanno Mazzetti did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Elia Chioda. After 6 played minutes AC Morena got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Ricciuti. In the 10th minute, Enzo Oriali hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute, Sylwester Hajder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arrigo Oddi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Fulvio Piacente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arrigo Oddi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sylwester Hajder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of AC Morena booed when Luponero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Marsili didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sylwester Hajder blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arrigo Oddi having to make a save. Fulvio Piacente's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Biagio Polo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Alfredo Di Sipio hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute of the match Anthony Centofanti sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Biagio Polo skillfully saved the ball. Biagio Di Loreto charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Biagio Di Loreto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to AC Morena getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Biagio Di Loreto hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fulvio Piacente made a kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Enzo Oriali managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luponero FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Oriali was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 55th minute, one of Luponero FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Luponero FC. Arrigo Oddi had in the 56thth minute some difficulties stopping Corrado Giacchetti's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 61st minute Fulvio Piacente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Biagio Di Loreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arrigo Oddi having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Sylwester Hajder left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Morena fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Arrigo Oddi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sylwester Hajder in the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th minute of the match AC Morena got a corner. Luponero FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Corrado Giacchetti ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Corrado Giacchetti almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Luponero FC's Arrigo Oddi did a great save. Biagio Polo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulvio Piacente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute Sylwester Hajder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arrigo Oddi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sylwester Hajder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sylwester Hajder struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Arrigo Oddi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC Morena. When Sylwester Hajder came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the AC Morena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sylwester Hajder couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Luponero FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
