Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Kolopetinitsa's Lambros Karpodinis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kolopetinitsa's Lambros Karpodinis was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 4th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. ERGOTELIS's Panagiotis Kastanis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alkis Athanasiou in the 7th minute of play. In the 13th minute, ERGOTELIS's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lambros Karpodinis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Filippos Antoniou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Panagiotis Kastanis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, Lambros Karpodinis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Panagiotis Kastanis. Lambros Karpodinis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Alkis Athanasiou's late challenge caught a ERGOTELIS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alkis Athanasiou helped the player get up and apologised. Alkis Athanasiou kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Panagiotis Kastanis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lambros Karpodinis's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. When Lambros Karpodinis came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Kolopetinitsa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lambros Karpodinis couldn't finish the play. Panagiotis Kastanis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lambros Karpodinis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 32 minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, Alkis Athanasiou recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Panagiotis Kastanis. Alkis Athanasiou showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. Kyriakos Matsikidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vaggelis Tsigounakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vaggelis Tsigounakis was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Kolopetinitsa's Kyriakos Matsikidis got control of the ball when Vaggelis Tsigounakis tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kolopetinitsa's goalkeeper Kyriakos Matsikidis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 57 minutes of play Kolopetinitsa's Alkis Athanasiou was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Alkis Athanasiou kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. The supporters of ERGOTELIS booed when Kolopetinitsa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diogenis Kastras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Panagiotis Kastanis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lambros Karpodinis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Kolopetinitsa getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Filippos Antoniou hit a great ball. Daniil Panagopoulos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 83rd match minute, ERGOTELIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tasos Karypidis to maneuver through the defense. Panagiotis Kastanis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Spyros Papazoglou in the 84th minute of the match. Sakis Touronis's late challenge caught a ERGOTELIS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sakis Touronis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th minute, Christos Dimitriadis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in ERGOTELIS's zone, Lambros Karpodinis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Panagiotis Kastanis came out of the goal and Lambros Karpodinis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lambros Karpodinis in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Panagiotis Kastanis saved ERGOTELIS from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the Kolopetinitsa players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
