In the 24th minute, Aurelio Melchiorre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Frank Di Maio in the 29th minute really tested Antonis Maltezos's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 32nd minute, Prodromos Koufos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Beppe Mannella was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. GREEN LIONS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Apostolis Nafpliotis in the 36th minute. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind GREEN LIONS's goalkeeper Antonis Maltezos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 46 minutes into the game, Thanos Katsafanas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Beppe Mannella was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sakis Kaberis to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola got a freekick which was hit by Concetto Mingione. Dimitris Kalokiriss short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Beppe Mannella to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's Beppe Mannella got control of the ball when Sakis Kaberis tried to sneak it across the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's Damiano Milanese sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antonis Maltezos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Apostolis Nafpliotis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Beppe Mannella. G.S. In the 77th minute, Sakis Kaberis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Damiano Milanese had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Concetto Mingione hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Dimitris Kalokiris ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Beppe Mannella was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's Beppe Mannella proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola from getting a goal against them. When the match was over GREEN LIONS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola throughout the match.
