Achille Fiordelisi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edoardo Proia in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miro Klose in the 22nd minute of play forced Talenti Roma Calcio's goalkeeper Achille Fiordelisi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferruccio Basile was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Aquile Azzurre's players had a chance to rest. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Aquile Azzurre had won after a very even match.
